The following article details where to go to reset a user password.

Reset User Password

  1. Click Administration in the navigation menu, and when the Administration page opens, go to the User Administration tab and select the user’s profile from the Profile dropdown list.

  2. Select your search criteria from the Search By dropdown list, and select the applicable user from your search results.

  3. When the End User Administration page opens, select the Password Assistance tab.

  4. Click Submit Password Assistance, and a temporary password will be created and sent to the user, who will be asked to set a new password for their account.
