Overview
The following article details Credco’s administration settings, covering the User Administration, Profile Administration, and Account Administration tabs. It also outlines the different Administrator Profile types and their respective permissions, from Super Company Administrators to Profile Administrators, helping users understand these roles within the system.
Administration Settings
User Administration: Enables administrators to establish and manage user accounts, including designating account types, granting product permissions, enabling feature access, and providing assistance with user passwords.
Profile Administration: Enables administrators to adjust user profiles for their organization. This provision encompasses the profile title, description, and contact person, along with profile functionalities, products, and search parameters.
Account Administration: Enables administrators to manage their organization's account numbers, modify company and billing details, update contacts, and change other related information.
Administrator Profile Types
Super Company Administrator: Holds the highest level of authority. They administer all company profiles and all users across the entire organization. This provision entails full access to Profile Administration settings, the ability to search across multiple profiles, and comprehensive control over user management, allowing Super Company Administrator’s to add, modify, or delete any user, including lower-level administrators and basic end-users.
Profile Supervisor: Manages a subset of company profiles and their associated users. They have access to Profile Administration settings, can search across multiple profiles, and can add, modify, or delete existing users within their permitted profiles. They can also delete lower level administrators and basic end users.
Profile Administrator: Manages users within their specific profile. They can add, modify, or delete existing users in their assigned profiles and are authorized to delete basic end-users.
Note: If an administrator needs additional account or product ordering permissions, contact a sales agent to request a profile with the appropriate products and access settings, and have the administrator assigned to that profile.
