Managing Applicants: Adding, Removing, or Swapping (Credco.com)

Overview

Within Credco.com, you can add, remove, or swap applicants from a previously run Instant Merge credit report. This article outlines the steps to perform all three actions.

Add an Applicant

  1. In the Search Transactions page, add search criteria, and select the applicable report from the results.

  2. Click Add Applicant in the menu at the top of the list.

  3. Go to the Co-Applicant section of the page, and input the required fields.

  4. Click Submit.


Remove an Applicant

  1. From the Search Results list, select the applicable report.

  2. Click Remove Applicant in the menu at the top of the list.

  3. Go to the Co-Applicant section, and click Remove under the applicable applicant.

  4. Click Submit.


Swap Applicants

  1. From the Search Results list, select the applicable report.

  2. Click Swap Applicants in the menu at the top of the list.

  3. Confirm that the applicants have been switched from Applicant to Co-Applicant.

  4. Click Submit.


Note: Once you submit your request to add or remove an applicant, a new report is generated with a new reference number.
