Overview
The Property Details report provides a deep dive into a property's core data, presenting specific legal descriptions, current tax information, zoning codes, recent transfer history, and detailed physical characteristics.
Reviewing the property details report
Legal Information: Short and detailed legal descriptions of the property, including any pertinent information such as boundaries and dates.
Tax Information: Includes the property's assessed values, tax obligations, and exemptions for the current tax year.
Zoning Information: Outlines the property's land use, zoning codes, lot dimensions, and utility types.
Recent Transfers: Includes past ownership changes, including sale dates, involved parties, sale prices, and financing information. In addition, you can select the Check Doc Availability button to search for documents like Grant Deeds and Deeds of Trust.
Note: If a document is not found, it may be restricted by the county or require an abstractor to retrieve it.
Property Characteristics: Outlines the physical attributes of the property, including the year built, interior and exterior features, construction details, and heating and cooling systems.
Neighborhood Information: In addition to the primary tiles (Legal, Tax, Zoning, Recent Transfers, and Characteristics), there are small tiles on the right side of the screen with information on Estimated Market Value, Neighborhood Codes and Names, and School Information.
Interactive Map: An interactive map is displayed on the right side of the page. You can select View in Map to see the map in full screen. The interactive map allows you to:
Change views: You can switch between Map, Terrain, and Satellite views.
Navigate: Drag with your mouse to move around the map and scroll to zoom in and out.
Draw Shapes: You can use the drawing tools to draw custom shapes and view labeled measurements for area or radius
Use Street View: Drag the yellow Pegman icon onto a street to explore street-level imagery.
