- Quick Stats & Trend Analysis: Monitor running metrics such as Closed Sales, Pending Pages, Active Listings, Days on Market (DOM), and Sale-to-List Price ratios. The statistics apply a comparative **90-day trajectory loop calculation**, checking performance metrics against the preceding 90-day timeline interval block.
- Geographic Resolution Pickers: Isolate territory data layers by shifting boundaries between State or County options via the configuration ribbon. Ongoing updates will expand granularity to cover CBSA and specific Zip Code boundaries.
- Dynamic Visualization & Exporting: Every graph and chart on the dashboard re-renders instantly upon choosing structural filters. Click the inline share links to package graphs into PDF documents for immediate local download or client email delivery.

Open the MarketTrends dashboard panel sheet to run analytical investigations against deep historical year-over-year public records files datasets:

- Active / Closed / Pending Status Groups: Track both Mean and Median Days on Market (DOM) values paired alongside chronological absolute inventory volume line counts.
