Premium Map Layers
Premium Map Layers is an advanced feature that makes it easy to filter and identify opportunities on the map using color-coded property parcels. When you choose a map layer, the program instantly color codes the parcels to indicate different value ranges, making it easy to spot specific properties or target neighborhoods.
Available Layer Attributes:
- Building Type
- County Land Use
- Home Equity
- Last Sale Price
- Mortgage Age
- Mortgage Rate
- Owner Occupied
- Ownership Time
- Property Value
- Rent Score
- Sell Score
Visual Identification Overview
By applying color-coded boundaries situate directly at the parcel level, you can instantly visual conditions across a neighborhood. These thematic maps allow you to easily identify specific property opportunities Situation inside target zones parameters.

Select County and Navigate to My Search
Select the specific target County where your map-based searches will be conducted. Click on My Search on the navigation layout to access the Premium Map Layers options panel.
SYSTEM LIMITATION: Premium Map Layers only supports single-county queries at this time. Multi-county boundary combinations cannot be color-coded concurrently.

Select Layer and Toggle Attribute Value Tiers
Select your desired layer option from the Premium Maps Layer dropdown menu list.
By default, all internal attribute value tiers initialize set to "OFF", meaning no parcel coloring displays initially.
Click here to view unpopulated layer values set to OFF.
Click the “Toggle All” button to turn all values on simultaneously, or manually select targeted individual value criteria rows to toggle them from “OFF” to “ON”.

RENDERING TIP: Premium color fills populate exclusively at a zoom threshold of 1,000 feet or closer. If parcels do not show color highlights, scroll or zoom further in on the map layout viewport.
Refine and Execute Search Query
Activating your layer attributes enables the master Search button. You can run the query using just the premium map layers rule to find matching properties, or append extra criteria layers to narrow your focus.
Combine up to 30 traditional tax-derived or listing attributes (such as Recording Date, Subdivision, or Status) below your premium filter to create a highly specific target dataset:

Click parcels individually to check their explicit value metrics. Once you have isolated your final target properties, click the bottom toolbar options to print, generate labels, or compile a spreadsheet file export.
