What is the difference between the aggregate view and the parcel-level view?
The aggregate view provides parcel counts matching your filters at higher geographic levels, such as Region, State, County, and Zip Code. When you zoom in below the Zip Code level, the map transitions to the parcel-level view, displaying exact parcel boundaries and property details.
How often is the parcel data updated?
Sourced directly from local authorities, over eighty-five percent of parcels are refreshed at least annually. High-growth areas receive more frequent updates to ensure you have the most current information.
What attributes are included in the parcel details card?
The details card provides access to key attributes such as address, CLIP®, APN, lot size, land use, and owner name. It also displays proximity risk indicators for transmission lines, roadways, railways, protected lands, and wetlands.
How do I search for a specific property on the map?
You can type a full or partial address, owner name, APN, or CLIP® in the search bar. The system will display suggestions as you enter your search terms.
