Overview
The Administration section of the Mercury Network® Secure Dashboard is the central location for configuring and managing DataCourier, Orders, Fee Panel, Clients, Users, Preferences, Reports, Account, and Investigate. Some configuration options apply only to legacy appraisal forms and may not currently support UAD 3.6.

Configuration Tabs | Descriptions |
|---|---|
DataCourier enables you to manage appraisal reports that were not ordered or delivered directly through Mercury Network®. Whether you receive an external appraisal via DataCourier delivery or email, you can process the report within Mercury Network®. From this centralized portal, you can view the PDF, submit the appraisal to UCDP, and access the Submission Summary Report alongside the rest of your appraisals. | |
The Orders view is where you can order appraisals, AVMs, RealCondition Reports and more. To view the details of an order, simply double‑click it in the list, or single click it to select the order and click View in the toolbar at the top. | |
Your Mercury Network® Fee Panel is your organization’s list of preferred appraisers, and you can build it in several ways, including hand‑picking AMCs, appraisal firms, appraisers, agents, and inspectors you want to include, selecting from a list of qualified Mercury Network® appraisers based on criteria you define, or importing a list of preferred appraisers from a CSV file created in Excel or a similar program, and vendors who are part of a fee panel also have the option to auto‑accept all orders that come from that panel. | |
In Clients, you can carefully control settings for your clients who order appraisals via your client portal. This section lets you customize settings for each client, including acceptable payment methods, Report Groups, Order Groups, and Fee Tables, to name a few. These advanced settings interact with your client portal to let you automate the ordering and routing for each specific client. | |
Mercury Network® permits you to create as many loan originator user accounts as you need for your organization. In addition to controlling and securing access to your Mercury Network® account, these loan originator user accounts also speed up the appraisal ordering process by using information from the loan originator's profile to fill out the order and allow you to control the items your users can access. | |
In Preferences you can apply strict control over how Mercury Network® recommends appraisers, over what forms are required in different report types, how you want to be notified of changes to your order, and more. | |
With Mercury Network®, you can quickly run reports about your orders' status, your fee panel, and completed reports, then view them in Mercury Network®, or export them as data that can be used to fine-tune your organization's appraisal management workflow. | |
The Account view allows you to view your account information, manage your Password Security and Payment Methods, and review your Payment History for your orders. | |
Investigate | [Coming soon] Collateral Investigate is a unified collateral risk and review solution that integrates seamlessly with a lender’s existing technology stack. It's engineered to help clients navigate the GSE-led Valuation Modernization mandate by providing standardized, automated data validation and a single source of truth for all property valuation platforms. It moves them beyond simply managing appraisals to proactively managing collateral risk across the entire organization, delivering a true competitive advantage in efficiency and data accuracy. |
