You can identify mortgage and Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) prospects within your portfolio directly from the Propensity Intelligence dashboard. This dashboard lets you analyze transaction likelihood, estimated owner equity, and property details to target high-potential clients.
Navigating the Propensity Intelligence Dashboard
Portfolio Overview: Shows a list of properties with detailed attributes, including Street Address, Likelihood of Refinance, Likelihood of HELOC, and Estimated Market Value.
Export Option: Lets you export your filtered portfolio details as a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file.
Interactive Map: Displays property locations across the United States. You can hover over individual icons to see property-specific transaction likelihood.
Transaction Likelihood Chart: Groups properties by their likelihood to refinance or apply for a HELOC.
Estimated Owner Equity Chart: Bins properties by their estimated equity amounts.
Filter Sidebar: Lets you narrow down your portfolio by location, propensity scores, owner occupancy, interest rates, and estimated equity.
My Portfolios: Directs you to the Portfolio Imports page to view and manage uploaded portfolios.
