You can upload a loan portfolio to Araya to evaluate the likelihood of future refinance and Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) transactions. This process lets you track properties and match them to system identifiers..
Uploading a Portfolio to Propensity Intelligence
Click My Portfolios in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Click Manage My Portfolios.
Click Start a New Import.
Select the Propensity Intelligence checkbox under the Choose your products section.
Click Continue.
Drag and drop your file into the upload area or click the Browse files link to select it.
Enter your desired name in the Portfolio Name field.
Click Continue.
Select the correct column from the dropdown menu for any column marked as Not Matched.
Select the checkbox to confirm that your matched columns contain no sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII).
Click Continue to complete the submission.
Outcome
You have submitted a new portfolio for import. Once the system completes validation, you can view and analyze transaction likelihood and equity metrics on the main dashboard.
