The Portfolio Imports interface on Araya™ serves as the central hub for managing your portfolios. You can review historical uploads, track validating statuses, and search for specific portfolios. This page provides access to detailed reports and options to upload, update, or replace portfolios to keep analysis current.
Navigating The Portfolio Imports Dashboard
Interactive demo introducing the Lost Leads Analysis Dashboard. Dashboard displays states and counties where lost leads occurred through an interactive map with color-coding to visualize activity. Chart view shows tabular and graphical summary of lost leads including transaction types, loan types, and average interest rates. Filters panel on left side allows filtering data by state and county and viewing top ten lenders. Insights card on right side displays transaction metrics for selected location showing count of leads who completed purchase transactions with another lender, count of leads who completed refinance transactions with another lender, count of leads who obtained home equity loans or HELOC with another lender, and count of leads with no subsequent property or loan transactions. Export menu enables exporting data as CSV file or data dictionary. Scenario selection dropdown switches between uploaded portfolios. Date filter at top filters analysis by specific date. Manage Portfolio button redirects to portfolio imports page.
Portfolios Tab: List of active portfolios.
History Tab: Record of past import attempts and actions.
Product Filters: Tabs at the top to filter your portfolios by product, including Propensity Intelligence, Climate Risk Analysis, Lost Leads Analysis, Payoff Analysis, and Precision Marketing.
Search Bar: Text field at the top left of the table where you can enter a portfolio name to filter the list.
Show Failed Portfolios Toggle: Toggle switch at the top right of the table to show or hide portfolios that failed validation.
Portfolio List: Main table showing all uploaded portfolios with columns for Portfolio Name, Products, Imported Records, Imported On, Imported By, Status, and Actions.
Start a New Import Button: Button at the top right of the screen that initiates the file import process.
Actions Menu: Dropdown menu for each portfolio that provides options to delete, update, or replace the portfolio, or launch the analysis.
