You can analyze mortgage payoff trends and lender market share directly from the Payoff Analysis dashboard. This dashboard lets you filter and view loan data by location, mortgage type, and officer to make informed business decisions.
Features
Interactive Map: Displays payoff activity across the United States. You can hover over individual states to see specific payoff counts.
Chart View: Shows a list of lenders, their payoff counts, and their market share.
Insights Pane: Displays the volume of payoff types, including Home Sale, Refinance, Home Equity, Refund Payoff, and Other.
Filter Sidebar: Lets you narrow down data by Mortgage Type, Location (state and county), Loan Officer, Top Lenders, and Top Loan Officers.
Export Menu: Lets you download payoff data as a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file or view the data dictionary.
Scenario & Date Selectors: Let you choose specific portfolios and dates to view historical payoff trends.
