Email Signature
Email Signature: This signature is automatically appended to the bottom of all outgoing messages sent by you, or on your behalf, from Matrix™. Building a professional signature layout establishes your immediate brand presence across every automated search delivery, manual direct email, and concierge notification sent out to your client database.
Add your personal text profile information, insert hyperlinked contact anchors, and append your professional profile photo inside the rich-text editor block.

Use the popular toolbar menu controls at the top of your layout workspace to style individual signature parameters:
- Bold / Italic / Underline ( ): Gives your business name or real estate title structural visual importance.
- Insert/Edit Image (): Embeds your headshot graphic directly into the signature stream layer.
- Insert/Edit Link (): Bridges external web pathways directly to your active listing profiles or personal webpage routes.
- Font / Size Selectors: Balances presentation heights to maintain look-and-feel alignment across various mobile viewports and desktop web applications.
- Text Alignment Rules ( ): Controls formatting margins to hold structural block layout rows uniformly together.
Select the, "Save" button.
