My Carts

A Cart is a repository used to store and organize specific listings gathered from one or more searches within Matrix.

The My Carts section serves as a centralized hub containing all carts created by a user, whether or not those carts are linked to a specific contact.

The main My Carts page displays all of your existing carts along with options to filter, search, and manage your saved listings.

Filtering and Search Options

Feature	Description
1. Select / Mass Actions Drop-Down Menu	Provides bulk management options for selected carts: • Select All: Selects all carts in the repository. • Narrow Selected: Displays only the currently checked carts. • Clear Selected: Unchecks all currently selected carts. • Delete Selected: Performs a mass deletion of all checked carts.
2. Search Filter	Allows you to type a contact name or cart name into the search box to locate specific carts quickly.
3. View Drop-Down Menu	Filters the displayed carts based on contact assignment, activity timeframe, or cart type: • Show All: Displays all available carts in the system. • With a Contact: Displays only carts assigned to a specific contact. • Without a Contact: Displays carts that are not linked to any contact. • Last Run / Timeframe: Filters carts by recent usage (e.g., 1 month ago, 2 months ago, 3 months ago, 6 months ago, or 1 year ago). • Cart Type: Filters carts by specific cart classification (e.g., Listing Carts).

My Carts Display

Column Name	Description
Cart Name	The customized title assigned to the cart.
Cart Type	Indicates the category/type of cart (e.g., Listing).
# (Property Count)	The total number of listings stored in the cart. Selecting this number opens the listing results directly.
Contact Name	The contact linked to the cart (if applicable). Selecting the contact name navigates directly to that contact's management page.
Last Use	The timestamp indicating when the cart was last updated or accessed.

To manage an individual cart, select the expand arrow next to the Cart Name row to reveal the associated cart actions.

Action	Description
Settings	Opens a window to rename the cart or change/re-associate the linked contact.
Results	Opens the list of properties stored inside the selected cart.
Delete Cart	Permanently removes the cart and its contents from Matrix.
