Listing Manager Dashboard

The Listing Manager Dashboard serves as a central hub for managing, organizing, and editing property listings. It provides quick access to core functions like draft recovery, photographer invite permissions, and new listing creation, while offering flexible filter and view options to efficiently navigate property records.

Action Bar

Features high-level action buttons for resuming auto-saved drafts, managing photographer permissions, and creating new listings.

Control Description
Auto-Save Recovery Opens the draft management interface where users can resume or delete automatically saved listings. This screen also prompts automatically upon logging into Matrix if unsaved drafts exist.
Photographer Access Opens the photographer permission settings, mirroring the functionality found within the Photos tab.
Add Displays a list of available property types (such as Residential, Commercial, Lot, or Farm) and options like Open Houses to initiate a new listing entry.

View & Filter Tools

Allows users to filter property records, quickly locate specific listings by ID, and customize the dashboard display format.

Tool / Option Description
View Dropdown Filters the dashboard display by property status or category (e.g., Active, Incomplete, Coming Soon, Expiring, or Closed listings).
Listing ID Search Quickly locate a specific property by typing in its Listing ID.
Display Toggles

Switches the dashboard layout between:

List View: structured data table with a property displayed on each row.

Gallery View: large thumbnail cards featuring status badges, addresses, and key listing details.

Listing Record Actions

Provides quick and direct access to marketing, preview, print, email and listing edit options.

Action Description
Advertise Button Launches an integrated marketing campaign configuration window to promote the selected listing across available channels.
Selecting a Record Clicking anywhere on a listing row opens a slide-out summary panel featuring a property photo and snapshot, direct edit/advertise buttons, interactive view history charts, and OneHome activity metrics like portal views, client views, and favorites.
