Overview
The Investigate dashboard provides a centralized view of your valuation reviews, order metrics, and performance trends. By utilizing this interactive dashboard, you can track file progress, monitor turn times, and identify critical file updates. This visual workspace helps you prioritize tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely review completions. Your individual user settings and permissions determine which files and teams are visible to you.
Navigate the Investigate Dashboard
Note: Your individual user settings and permissions drive the screens on the dashboard. The dashboard displays only your files if you are an individual contributor, or all team files if you are a people leader or administrator.
Date Range: Use this field to set the specific period you want your dashboard data to reflect.
Data Tickers: Monitor key performance metrics using data tickers. Double-click any ticker to open a queue screen containing only those files.
Trend Arrows: Trending up and down arrows indicate a change since the previous period. Red arrows indicate a negative trend change, and green arrows indicate a positive trend change.
Note: Data Tickers across the top row display files in a specific status and your average Turn Time (in hours).
Your order by status: Review files by status using the bar chart. The Order by status bar chart displays the count of files in each status type.
Your flagged orders: Track prioritized or flagged files using the bar chart. The Flagged orders bar chart breaks out the count of files by specific flag types:
Rush Orders: Orders marked as rush in the platform or within Investigate.
Escalation Requested: Escalated orders that fall within your selected time range and are visible to you.
Standstill Orders: Active orders in a non-final status that have not been modified within the last 48 hours. This includes files in the following statuses:
Unassigned or Assigned
In Review or Revision Needed
Escalated, Pending Reconciliation, or Pending ROV
Reconciliation Needed or ROV Needed
Due < 1 Day: Orders with a remaining due time of less than 24 hours.
Reconciliation Orders: Any file that is currently undergoing reconciliation.
Tip: Hover your cursor over any bar In Your orders by status or Your flagged orders to view the exact number count, or double-click a bar to open a queue screen of those files.
View More: Use quick-access buttons. Select the View More buttons at the bottom of the charts to open the queue of your selected orders instead of double-clicking the bars or tickers.
Side Menu: Use the Side Menu toolbar to move between workspaces:
Dashboard: Your main performance and metric view.
Queue: Orders currently assigned directly to you.
Orders: All orders you have permission to access.
Reports: Your data reporting workspace.
Top Menu: Use the Top Menu navigation bar to access and manage your account settings and feedback for the following areas:
Feedback: Share your inputs and suggestions.
Settings: Configure your application preferences.
Profile: Manage your user profile information.

You can now navigate the Investigate dashboard to utilize the date filters, performance indicators, and status graphs to oversee your valuation assessments, prioritize essential documents, and organize your daily tasks.
