Overview
You can retrieve your Credit Reports from the Credco Integration or EFolder to review, download, and print directly within your Encompass web workflow.
Retrieving reports via Credco integration
Retrieving reports via Order Status tab
From the Credco Integration screen, select the Order Status tab, just to the right of Order Information.
Click the Document icon for each applicable report. The report will open in a separate window as a PDF for review, download, and print.
Retrieving Merge Plus supplement reports
Click Merge Plus from the Credco Integration screen.
Select the View and Check Status tab.
Scroll to the bottom left of the page, and click MergePlus.pdf. The report will open in a separate window as a PDF for review, download, and print.
Warning: If a borrower has a credit freeze in place with any credit bureau, they need to contact the bureau(s) to remove the freeze before their credit report can be retrieved. Once the freeze is removed, the report must be reordered. Extra fees may be incurred when reordering after the credit freeze has been lifted.
Retrieving reports via Encompass efolder
From the Credco Integration screen, select the File Folder icon, on the left-hand navigation panel.
Go to the Document Folders drop-down menu.
Select the Credit Report folder.
Click the Credit Report document in the drop-down menu, and a PDF will become available for review, download, and print.
Outcome
You can now retrieve your Credit Reports to review, download and print all within your workflow.
