Overview
You can replace an existing portfolio in Araya™ when you want to overwrite all existing records with a new file. This action deletes all previous records in the portfolio and replaces them, ensuring you have a clean dataset without duplicating the portfolio name.
Replace Your Portfolio
Navigate to the Portfolio Imports dashboard.
Enter the portfolio name in the search field to locate it.
Click the Actions menu next to the target portfolio.
Select the Replace Portfolio option from the dropdown menu.
Click the Continue button on the confirmation dialog to confirm that you want to delete and replace all existing records.
Click the Continue button.
Click the Browse files link or drag and drop your updated file into the upload area.
Click the Continue button.
Select the correct column from the dropdown menu for any column marked as Not Matched.
Select the checkbox to confirm that your matched columns contain no sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII).
Click the Continue button to complete the submission.
Outcome
You have replaced your existing portfolio with the new dataset. The previous records are deleted, and the new data is loaded, so you can analyze the fresh portfolio on the Lost Leads Analysis dashboard.
