Order an Instant Merge LQ GAP Report through Credco.com to compare a borrower’s initial and refreshed credit information and identify new inquiries or liabilities before closing.
You must have an existing Instant Merge Credit Report for the applicant(s) before ordering an LQ GAP Report.
Order an Instant Merge LQ GAP Report
On the Order Dashboard (Home), locate the credit report for which you want to order an LQ GAP Report.
From the Actions dropdown menu, select Order Additional Products.
Select Credit.
From the Credit Products list, select Instant Merge LQ GAP.
Click Done.
Enter any additional details about the request in the Notes field.
Click Submit Order.

You can order an Instant Merge LQ GAP Report through Credco.com to identify new inquiries or liabilities before closing.
