Overview

Wordsearch settings in Collateral Investigate™ allow you to manage the key terms and phrases used by automated rules to scan appraisal reports. By configuring these terms, you ensure that the system flags compliance issues and appraisal risk factors automatically, saving time during the review process and standardizing report analysis. This guide walks you through accessing the workspace, adding and editing terms, configuring exclusionary exceptions, and activating findings.
