Portfolio imports and validation
Why is my newly uploaded portfolio status shown as "Validating"?
After you submit a new portfolio, Araya™ must verify the file formatting and match the records against the database. The system automatically maps each lead to their unique Owner Link™ identifier and searches for subsequent competitor transactions. The status changes to Complete as soon as this background processing finishes.
What should I do if my address or date columns are marked as "Not Matched" during import?
If Araya™ does not automatically recognize your file's headers during the Match Your Column Header step, the column status displays as "Not Matched." You can resolve this by selecting the dropdown menu for that column and choosing the correct heading from your uploaded file to map it manually.
Can I overwrite or replace an existing portfolio without duplicating it?
Yes, you can use the Replace Portfolio action to overwrite an existing portfolio. Locate your portfolio on the Portfolio Imports page, select the Actions menu, and click Replace Portfolio. This action deletes all previous records under that portfolio name and replaces them with your new file.
Dashboard metrics and data
Why is the "Average Interest Rate" shown as "Not Available" for certain lenders or counties?
Interest rate information is derived from public record filings. Some county recorder offices or specific transactions (such as those involving local credit unions or private lenders) do not require interest rates to be disclosed on the recorded loan documents. When this information is not present in public records, the dashboard displays the average interest rate as "Not Available."
What file formats can I use to upload my portfolio?
You can upload portfolios using CSV, XLSX, or TXT file formats. Ensure that your file contains all required fields (such as Reference ID, Lead Date, Address, City, State, and Zip_Code) and that your dates follow the MM/DD/YYYY format.
