Edit CMA
The Edit CMA feature provides a centralized workspace to refine and customize every aspect of your report. Across six dedicated sections - CMA Details, Subject, Map, Comparison, Property Full, and Summary — you can adjust report metadata, update property attributes, manage comparable listings, perform side-by-side price adjustments, and review valuation distributions on an interactive visual scale.
From the Matrix™ navigation menu, hover "My Matrix" then select "CMA Manager".

Choose a CMA that you'd like to edit.
Each row on the CMA Dashboard represents a specific CMA - including an "edit" option and an ellipsis tool with additional CMA actions.

From the CMA row, select the Quick “edit” icon.
Alternatively, you can select "Edit" from the CMA row's ellipsis options.
CMA Details
The CMA Details tab allows you to configure essential report settings, including naming the CMA for easy identification, customizing the cover photo, updating client contact assignments, attaching private reference notes, and managing public remarks.

Select the chevron to access—and modify—the CMA Details.

| Name | Edits the customized title used to identify the CMA report. |
| Cover Photo |
Allows you to select Change to upload a custom cover photo. Deleting your uploaded image will automatically default to the original Cover Photo. |
| Contact | Updates the client or contact assigned to this CMA report. |
| Personal Note |
Adds or edits private notes attached to the report. Personal notes are not visible within the final CMA. |
| Public Remarks |
Displays the listing's public remarks. From the navigation tab, select Subject to include a custom Public Remarks field in this CMA. |
Subject
The Subject tab enables you to edit key attributes of the subject property, refine its map pin placement, and customize or save default property fields to ensure accurate presentation throughout the CMA report.

Select the Subject tab.
Fill in default fields that define the Subject Property.
Select the Reset Pin button to reposition the location pin on the map.
Using your mouse pointer, simply click where the pin should appear.
Fill in custom fields that define the Subject Property.
Add any custom fields that aren't included in the default form.
Choose from currently available system fields (select dropdown arrow) or add your own field.
Select the Save Custom Fields as Default link to set the current custom fields as the default.
Map (Manage Comparables)
The Map tab provides an interactive geographical view to evaluate, reorder, search for, and manage comparable properties relative to your subject property.

| Cancel |
Cancels the current operation and returns to the main CMA editing screen.

Comparison
The Comparison tab provides a side-by-side view to analyze, adjust, and compare property features between the Subject Property and selected Comparable Properties.

Selects which property fields to display when comparing the Subject Property with Comparable Properties. 
This feature is not available in "Photos View" mode or while "Make Adjustments" is enabled. |
| Make Adjustments |
Opens price adjustment options to manually or automatically adjust valuation based on specific feature values. 
Enter a feature's value in the "Feature Value" textbox to automatically adjust the value for each Comparable Property (available in Horizontal View). Highlighted prices represent manual overrides. Price adjustments are not available in "Photos View" mode. Select the "Reset" link to clear all custom values. |

Displays comparison data in a vertical column orientation. 
Select a Comparable Property's "x" icon to delete the property. |

Displays comparison data in a horizontal row orientation.

Displays side-by-side photo thumbnails of the Subject Property and Comparable Properties arranged horizontally. 
Select an image tag (e.g., Kitchen/Dining, Bedrooms) to filter photos containing that feature. Price adjustments are not available in "Photos View" mode. Select a Comparable Property's "x" icon to delete the property. |
Property Full
The Property Full tab provides complete listing data and detailed views for each property included in the CMA.

Summary
The Summary tab plots comparable properties along an interactive visual scale, allowing you to quickly analyze where properties fall relative to key metrics and adjust viewing controls.

Adjusts the magnification level of the scale to expand or condense the visible range.

Toggles the card display size for comparable properties along the scale between compact, balanced, or expanded detail views.

Filters the visible properties on the scale by listing status (e.g., Active, Closed, Expired).

Select a Comparable Property's "x" icon directly on its card to delete it from the CMA. Drag the horizontal scrollbar to view properties that extend beyond the screen.
