Purchasing a Document Image PDF
Depending on your MLS and based on availability, you may see that the document numbers on the sale history section, last market sale, and mortgage sections of the Property Detail Report may be clickable.
In order to purchase a PDF copy of the document image for a specific transaction, simply click on the document number.

Add to Cart
After clicking the document number link, a pop up will appear allowing you to add the deed you’ve clicked on to your cart.
Once the pop-up appears, click the button that says "Add to Cart". This will initiate the checkout process.

Proceed to Checkout
Navigate to your cart and click “Checkout.” You’ll be prompted to enter your payment information to complete the purchase.

Complete Payment
Enter your credit card information and review your order. Once you’re ready, submit the payment.
Access Your Report
Upon successful payment, your Document Image PDF will be available for viewing and download.
