Driving Directions
The Directions action generates an optimized, turn-by-turn driving route for selected search results. Use this feature to organize efficient property tours, add custom stops (like starting points or lunch stops), and share interactive navigation directly with clients or your mobile device.
From the Criteria section, add your search criteria.
For more information, see Search Criteria in the Search section.
Generate your results in either Display or Map View.
Select the properties you’d like to include in your driving tour.
From the Action buttons, select Directions.
Managing the Route
When the Driving Directions drawer opens, your selected properties are automatically sorted into the most efficient route by default, displaying the total distance and estimated drive time.

Reorder Locations: Hover over any property card and click the directional arrows to manually reposition it higher or lower in the tour sequence.
A location can also be dragged to their new position.

Add Custom Locations: Click Add Location to insert custom route points—such as a starting office, ending home address, or a lunch stop along the way.
Enter a custom name and address, then drag or reorder the location anywhere within the route sequence.

View Turn-by-Turn Directions: Expand the directional panels between listings to view detailed step-by-step navigation instructions, mileage, and estimated times for each leg of the trip.

Send Options
Provides flexible options to share your completed route. You can email the detailed directions directly to a client or export the full itinerary to Google Maps for live, hands-free navigation on your mobile device.
Sends a direct email notification with the full driving directions and selected property details to your contacts.

Add contact(s) to send to.
Click the Send To text box to search your contacts or add a new email address.
Add a Subject line.
Enter a subject line that clearly summarizes the email for your recipient.
Add a Message.
Type a personalized message or greeting to give your contact context about the listings you're sharing.

Send to Google Maps
Transfers the full driving tour to Google Maps for live, hands-free navigation on your mobile device or direct link sharing.

Select the "Send to Google Maps" option from the top bar.
Choose your delivery method:
- Send to Device: Select your registered device to push notifications and open the full route directly inside your Google Maps app.
- Copy Link: Copy the direct Google Maps URL to send to a contact or save for later.
You must be signed in to the same Google account on both your desktop computer and mobile device to use the "Send to Device" push notification feature.
Generating a Google Maps link is the easiest way to give clients interactive, turn-by-turn navigation directly on their own smartphones without transferring individual addresses.
