Overview
As an Administrator, you can reset your users password directly within Credco.com.
Resetting user passwords on Credco.com
Click Administration in the navigation menu.
Select the user’s profile from the Profile menu.
Select your search criteria from the Search By menu.
Enter your search criteria and click Search.
Select the relevant user from the results of your search.
When the End User Administration page opens, select the Password Assistance tab.
Click Submit Password Assistance.
Note: A temporary password will be created and sent to the user, who will be asked to set a new password for their account.
Outcome
You can now reset your users password directly within Credco.com.
