Broker Choice
Add a Service Provider Recommendation
Click your name in the top right corner of the Matrix™ navigation bar then select "Settings" from the utility dropdown menu.

From the "Settings" section, select "Broker's Choice".

Select the "Opt-Out" link if you wish to disable the associated broker-recommended service vertical for brokers and all agents in your brokerage.

At any time, a broker can choose to opt back into a service provider vertical.
Select "Add a provider - Broker Level" for the desired service category.
- Add a provider – Broker Level: Displays prominently at the top of the Service Provider results in OneHome™ and is visible to clients belonging to all agents in your brokerage.
By choosing not to opt-in to a service, agents will not have the option of adding their recommended provider(s) and will be prompted to contact their broker.
Enter the service provider's contact information into the form fields.
Mandatory fields are indicated with a highlighted background.

Select which Disclaimer options apply to this recommendation.
Select "Save".
Client View In OneHome™
From OneHome™, clients are able to view Broker recommendations when they generate a search for either insurance providers, mortgage specialists or home professionals and inspectors.

Broker-recommended provider displays prominently at the top of the Service Provider results.
Edit or Delete a Service Provider
From the Broker's Choice dashboard, toggle a provider's arrow to hide/show the edit icon.

Select the "Edit" icon.
Modify your content.
Click here to view the Broker's Choice option image.
Select the "Delete" icon to delete the selected service provider recommendation.
Select the "Save" button to save your updates.
