# How to View & Navigate Files on Collateral Investigate™

## Overview

Navigating the file list views on **Collateral Investigate™** helps you locate and manage your appraisal review files. By understanding the differences between the Orders and Queue tabs, you can efficiently separate your direct assignments from other accessible files. You can use these tabs to find specific loans, identify files with recent updates marked by visual indicators, and open documents to begin your work. This setup ensures you can monitor your pipeline and access file details quickly.

## View and Navigate Files

Recognize the differences between the **Orders** and **Queue** list views before working in each tab:

- **Queue**: Displays only the files assigned to you. This tab is available to all reviewers.
- **Orders**: Displays all files accessible to you, including those assigned to other reviewers that you have access to view. This tab is only available if you have the appropriate permissions.

1. Select the appropriate tab from the left navigation panel to view your list of files.
  1. Click **Queue** to view only the files that are assigned directly to you.
  2. Click **Orders** to display all files you have permission to view.
2. Open a loan file from the list to begin or continue your review.
  1. Click the **Loan #** link on the left side of the table, or click the **View** button on the right side.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note**: A red dot appears next to a file in the list to indicate that updates have occurred since you last viewed it. This indicator persists across all applicable tabs within the order to help you quickly identify what requires attention.
