# Running A Report

There are three different ways to run a report.

- From the Search Results Grid Reports Button
- By Clicking on the One-Line Grid View of a Property
- From the Realist Map Pop-Up

            

        

        
            

                
                    
                        
                        

Open a report from the Search Results Grid Reports Button.

Perform a search and view the results in the Grid View.

                                
                            

                            
                                
                                
                                

Select the properties which you’d like to view using the checkboxes at the left of the grid.

                                
                            

                            
                                
                                
                                

Click the Reports Button at the bottom right of the grid.

                                
                            

                            

This will open the Property Detail Report for the first property checked in your list and provide a list at the left of other properties you have also checked, allowing you to navigate directly to any of them.

                        
                    
                

                
                    
                        
                        

Open a Report by clicking on the One-Line Grid View of a Property.

Perform a search and view the results in the Grid View.

                                
                            

                            
                                
                                
                                

Double-click anywhere on the One-Line Grid View of the property.

                                
                            

                            
                                
                                
                                

View the report for the one property you've selected.

                                
                            
                        
                    
                

                
                    
                        
                        

Open a Report from the Realist Map Pop-Up.

Once you've performed a search, select the One-Line Property Grid View for the property. This will cause a pop-up for the property to appear on the map.

                                

                                
                                
                                    
                                    

Alternatively, simply locate a parcel on the Realist Map and click anywhere within the parcel boundary. This will also cause a pop-up for the property to appear on the map.

                                

                            

                            
                                
                                
                                

Select the **Report** button at the lower right of the pop-up.

                                
                            

                            
                                
                                
                                

View the report for the one property you've selected.
