Ad-hoc Credit Report Order History: Users will be able to view ad-hoc Credit Report order records in both the Loan Order History on the Property Details page and the Ad-hoc Order History on the Order History page, enabling comprehensive tracking of credit report requests across the application.
Property Details - Timeline Enhancements: The Timeline ownership history on the Property Details page now supports multi-select filtering by record type, including Ownership Start, Ownership End, Ref Doc/Lien, Foreclosure, and Other Event. A new free-text filter and reset option are also available. The Timeline section is now included in the Property Details Export to PDF, reflecting the same filter state as displayed on screen.
Responsive UI Improvements: The following pages now feature improved responsive layouts for better usability across screen sizes and devices: Place an Order, Analysis page, Inquiry History, and Account Admin including My Account and User Management.
In-App Help Integration: Embedded Document360 knowledge base content is now supported within the application, providing contextual help and documentation directly in-app.

Precision Filter Corrections: We’ve refined the underlying logic for portfolio filters to ensure your data views are consistently accurate and reliable across both PIM v1 and PIM in Araya environments.
Smart Navigation to Asset Details: To streamline your workflow, clicking a Loan Number on the Property Details page now uses dynamic navigation. This will automatically direct you to the correct Application URL, saving time and reducing manual searches.
