  • Voluntary Lien Analysis: Shows the client's determined lien position and CoreLogic’s confidence rating for that position.

Tip: You can click on the Client lien position field to view the original lien data provided in the request file.

  • Valuation: Summarizes the property's equity details. This section only appears if valuation data has been specifically requested.

  • Credit Report: Shows relevant date information from the credit report, if applicable.

  • Senior Lien: Provides details on the senior lien recorded against the property.

Note: The HOA Info and HOA Liens fields will only appear if a Special Lien Analysis is requested.

  • History: A comprehensive record of all lien recordation data available for the property.

Tip: If a document image is available, you can click the $ icon to access and purchase it based on your contract's pricing.

  • Fast Legal and Vesting / Messages: If you have ordered services like Fast Legal and Vesting or a Property Ownership Report (POR), any relevant notes or messages from CoreLogic will appear here.
