Overview
In Encompass Desktop, you can order, view, and download Instant Merge Credit Reports to evaluate a borrower’s creditworthiness and assess potential risk directly within your workflow.
Ordering Instant Merge Credit reports
Open the Report Type menu.
Select the applicable report (Instant Merge, PreQual, PreApproval, or Home Equity).
Confirm New Request as the Request Type.
Open the Report On menu.
Select Individual or Joint.
Select the applicable Credit Bureaus to include.
Select Auto-Import Liabilities to automatically import liabilities from the report.
Select Check this box to exclude zero balances when you import to exclude zero balances when auto-importing liabilities.
Include any critical notes to the request.
Note: When a borrower has a military address, a specific state, city, and zip code must be used for a successful validation. Review Entering Military Addresses for more information.
Click Submit.
A confirmation notification will appear if the submission was successful, click Ok to close.
Click the Document icon to view the report. A downloadable PDF version of the report will be available for your review.

You can now order Instant Merge Credit Reports from within Encompass Desktop.
