# How to View Credit Supplement Reports

View Credit Supplement reports to evaluate your borrower’s credit profile in just a few clicks.

## View Credit Supplement reports

**Encompass® Desktop**

Follow these steps to view Credit Supplement reports on **Encompass® Desktop**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Desktop using your credentials.
2. From your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. In the left navigation bar, select **Services**, then choose **Order Credit Report** from the menu.
4. On the Credit Report popup, select **Cotality Credco**.
5. Click **Submit**.
6. From the **Dashboard**, locate your Credit Supplement order.

> [!NOTE]
> **Tip**: Credit Supplement orders are easy to spot. Look for orders with an **Edit Supplement** option in the **Supplement** column on the Dashboard. This means a Credit Supplement is included in the order.
7. Click the **caret icon** to expand the section.
8. Open the **Actions** dropdown and select **View Report**. The supplemental report displays in the Report Viewer.

> **Tip**: Use the Report Viewer toolbar to zoom in or out, rotate the image, and download or print the report.
9. Click **Close** to exit the Report Viewer.

**Encompass® Web**

Follow these steps to view Credit Supplement reports on **Encompass® Web**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Web using your credentials.
2. From your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. In the left navigation bar, select **Services**, then choose **All Services** from the menu.
4. On the **All Services** page, click **Order Service.**
5. In the **Order Service** popup, select **Credit** under **Categories**, then choose **Cotality Credco** from the **Providers** list.
6. Click **Next**.
7. From the **Dashboard**, locate your Credit Supplement order.

> **Tip**: Credit Supplement orders are easy to spot. Look for orders with an **Edit Supplement** option in the **Supplement** column on the Dashboard. This means a Credit Supplement is included in the order..
8. Click the **caret icon** to expand the section.
9. Open the **Actions** dropdown and select **View Report**. The supplemental report displays in the Report Viewer.
