# How to View Credit Reports

## Overview

View and evaluate your borrower’s credit profile quickly by accessing completed credit reports in just a few clicks.

## View credit reports

**Encompass® Desktop**

Follow these steps to view credit reports on **Encompass® Desktop**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Desktop using your credentials.
2. From your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. In the left navigation bar, select **Services**, then choose **Order Credit Report** from the menu.
4. On the Credit Report popup, select **Cotality Credco**.
5. Click **Submit**. The application a launches.
6. From the **Dashboard**, locate your order.
7. Open the **Actions** dropdown and select **View Report**. The **Order Summary** page opens, displaying the selected credit report in the viewer.

> **Tip****s**:
> 
> - You can also open and view the report directly by selecting the **blue Reference # link**.
> - Use the **Credit Report Viewer Toolbar** to zoom in or out, rotate the image, and download or print the report.
> - Viewing the report through these methods is for review purposes only and does not import the report into your Encompass loan file.

**Encompass® Web**

Follow these steps to view credit reports on **Encompass® Web**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Web using your credentials.
2. From your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. In the left navigation bar, select **Services**, then choose **All Services** from the menu.
4. On the **All Services** page, click **Order Service.**
5. In the **Order Service** popup, select **Credit** under **Categories**, then choose **Cotality Credco** from the **Providers** list.
6. Click **Next**. The application a launches.
7. From the **Dashboard**, locate your order.
8. Open the **Actions** dropdown and select **View Report**. The **Order Summary** page opens, displaying the selected credit report in the viewer.
