How to View Credit Reports

Overview

View and evaluate your borrower’s credit profile quickly by accessing completed credit reports in just a few clicks.

Follow these steps to view credit reports on Encompass® Desktop.

Sign in to Encompass® Desktop using your credentials.
From your Pipeline, select the appropriate loan from the list.
In the left navigation bar, select Services, then choose Order Credit Report from the menu.
On the Credit Report popup, select Cotality Credco.
Click Submit. The application a launches.
From the Dashboard, locate your order.
Open the Actions dropdown and select View Report. The Order Summary page opens, displaying the selected credit report in the viewer.
Tips:
- You can also open and view the report directly by selecting the blue Reference # link.
- Use the Credit Report Viewer Toolbar to zoom in or out, rotate the image, and download or print the report.
- Viewing the report through these methods is for review purposes only and does not import the report into your Encompass loan file.

Sign in to Encompass® Web using your credentials.
From your Pipeline, select the appropriate loan from the list.
In the left navigation bar, select Services, then choose All Services from the menu.
On the All Services page, click Order Service.
In the Order Service popup, select Credit under Categories, then choose Cotality Credco from the Providers list.
Click Next. The application a launches.
From the Dashboard, locate your order.
Open the Actions dropdown and select View Report. The Order Summary page opens, displaying the selected credit report in the viewer.
