Prev Next

Overview

By default, Credco® Credit Report maps report PDFs to the Credit Report eFolder in Encompass® To meet your organization's needs, you can update the report mapping to route documents to a different Encompass folder of your choice.

The following reports are mapped based on the eFolder destination you configure:

  • Instant Merge

  • Prequal

  • Preapproval

  • Home Equity

  • LQ Gap

  • Instant Merge Limited

  • Supplement

Update the Credco document mapping folder

  1. Sign in to the Encompass® Web Portal using your administrator credentials.

  2. From the Admin page, select Services from the left-navigation panel, then select Services Management.

  3. From the Category dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, select Credit.

  4. Locate the Cotality Credco tile.

  5. Click the vertical ellipses (⋮).

  6. Select Document Mapping.

  7. In the Document Types field, manually create or select a value.

Note: Available Document Types correspond directly to the type of credit report that was ordered. Document Types are case-sensitive and spaces must be preserved. Refer to list and examples below:

    • Instant Merge

    • Prequal

    • Preapproval

    • Home Equity

    • LQ Gap

    • Instant Merge Limited

    • Supplement

  8. From the eFolder Document Folder field, create a new folder or select an existing folder to where you want the document to be mapped to.

  9. Select Save. Once saved, Credco reports will automatically map to the eFolder you selected.

Warning: If you choose to take advantage of this feature and map the Credco documents to a different eFolder destination, it’s critical that you do not delete the original folder named “Credit Report”. Even though the report will now route to the new folder you selected during this process, the application still relies on the original folder’s existence for the mapping feature to function properly.

Outcome

You can update the Cotality Credco document mapping in Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) to an eFolder of your choice.
