Overview
Before your users can access Loan Quality Debt Monitoring (LQDM) as a service in Encompass®, you must first set up the required credentials in the Encompass® Web portal.
Once these credentials are configured, your users can immediately initiate debt‑monitoring directly within their existing workflow—without switching systems or disrupting loan processing.
Before you begin, make sure you have your service account credentials available. You’ll need the following to complete the setup:
CoreLogic AutomatIQ Service Account
CDG Lender ID (assigned by CoreLogic Digital Gateway, e.g., GG001234)
CoreLogic AutomatIQ Secret (password)
Credential setup

Optionally, enter a description for the credentials in the Description field.
Enter your company name in the Organization Name field.
Enter your Gateway Lender ID in the CDG Lender ID field.
Tip: Your Gateway Lender ID is included in the credential email you receive from Cotality. It will begin with “GG00”, so be sure to reference that when setting up your credentials. If copying and pasting, make sure no extra spaces are included.
In the User Credentials section enter the Service Account ID and Service Account Secret.
Tip: Your Service Account ID and Service Account Secret are provided in the credential emails from Cotality. If copying and pasting, make sure no extra spaces are included.
In the Users section, add the users who will access the service. You can locate users by browsing the Organizations or Users categories.
Tip: Use the Search icon to find a specific user, or select the Down Arrow icon to expand the Category folders.
Once located, click the move icon (—>) to transfer users from the left-side Category panel to the right-side Selected Entities panel.
Once all users have been moved to the Selected Entities panel, click the checkbox to select all users.
