How to Set Up Income Analysis User Credentials in Encompass®

Prev Next

Overview

Before your users can access Income Analysis as a service in Encompass®, you must first set up the required credentials in the Encompass Web Portal. Once these credentials are configured, your users can immediately order the product within their existing workflow—without switching systems or disrupting loan processing.

Income Analysis offers two user roles: Loan Officer and Underwriter. The Loan Officer role typically provides limited access, while the Underwriter role includes permissions to finalize income figures. As an Administrator, you’ll assign users to one of two credential sets. One credential set is labeled “Enhanced.” Assign the Enhanced credentials to users who require the Underwriter role.

Before you begin, locate your AutomatIQ® Borrower Income Analysis credentials, which were provided in your product onboarding email(s). You'll need the following to complete the setup:

  • Gateway Client ID and Service Account Number

  • Password (Secret)
