# How to Review the Portfolios Dashboard on PIM

## Overview

The Portfolios Dashboard provides a comprehensive list of all portfolios uploaded to PIM, along with summary data for each portfolio.

## Reviewing the Portfolios Dashboard

- **Portfolio Name**: The name provided during the initial creation of the portfolio.
- **Portfolio ID**: A unique identifier assigned to each portfolio.
- **Created**: The date the portfolio was created.
- **Property Count**: The total number of properties associated with that portfolio.
- **AVM Total $**: The total value of a portfolio based on Cotality's Automated Valuation Model.
- **Percent of Total**: Percent of the total number of properties.
