Overview
The Portfolios Dashboard provides a comprehensive list of all portfolios uploaded to PIM, along with summary data for each portfolio.
Reviewing the Portfolios Dashboard
Portfolio Name: The name provided during the initial creation of the portfolio.
Portfolio ID: A unique identifier assigned to each portfolio.
Created: The date the portfolio was created.
Property Count: The total number of properties associated with that portfolio.
AVM Total $: The total value of a portfolio based on Cotality's Automated Valuation Model.
Percent of Total: Percent of the total number of properties.
