Ownership
Ownership Total: All records with an ownership change by deed or condition. Counts may not sum to other tiles due to multiple conditions.
Ownership Changes: Count of properties with an ownership change where the borrower does not match the current owner.
Ownership End: Count of properties where ownership has ended for the borrower through an arms-length transaction or foreclosure.
Vesting Update: Count of distinct properties with an ownership match, including new deeds or transfers.
Foreclosure
Foreclosure Notice: Count of properties with a foreclosure notice, including Lis Pendens, Notice of Default, or Notice of Foreclosure.
Foreclosure: Represents the count of properties with a foreclosure recording, excluding foreclosure notices.
Fcl Auction: Total properties identified with a foreclosure auction date.
Auction Complete: Represents the count of properties with foreclosure auctions.
Special Lien
Special Lien Total: The total count of properties that have an acknowledged special lien.
HOA Lien: This represents the number of properties with an HOA lien.
Municipal (Tax) Lien: The count of properties with property tax liens.
Other Lien: The count of properties that have lien types apart from HOA or municipal (tax) liens, which may encompass mechanics lien, pace lien, and others.
New Special Lien: The count of properties with new special liens recorded.
Released Lien: Represents the count of properties with a recorded lien release.
Lien Update: The count of properties of lien updates.
Voluntary Lien
Lien position: The count of properties where the subject or client lien has changed.
Client Lien Match: Count where the client lien wasn't initially matched and now is matching.
Other Mtg Released: Total count of non-client liens recorded as released.
Sr Mtg Lien Released: Total count of Senior Mortgage liens recorded as released.
Client Lien Released: Number of properties that have had client liens released.
New Mtg Lien: Number of new liens recorded against a property.
Voluntary Lien Total: Represents the count of properties with changed voluntary lien analysis, including updates, recorded liens, or releases.
Equity: Number of properties with changes in equity value.
Total Balance: Total balance of the UPB (unpaid principal balance) for that Portfolio.
Input
Input Borrower: This represents the count of properties where input borrower names have been updated.
Input Origination: This represents the count of properties where the input origination date has been updated.
Input Address: This the count of properties where the input address has been updated.
