How to Retrieve an Existing Credit Report

Prev Next

Overview

Retrieve an existing Credco® credit report that is not currently available in your system and send the credit data to your loan file.

Before you begin, consider the following:

  • The borrower's demographic information in your Encompass loan file must exactly match the information on the credit report being retrieved.

  • Use this process when the credit report is not currently accessible in your system. For example, the report was originally pulled using a different set of Credco credentials.

  • Have the Reference Number from the original credit report readily available. You can locate it on the application Dashboard or within the original credit report.
