Overview
You reset your password to regain access to your account if you forget your credentials or need to update them for security purposes. This process ensures your account remains secure while letting you self-manage your login access.
Steps
Click the Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen.
Enter your Email address
Click Send reset link.
Open the password reset email.
Click the Reset Your Password link to open the reset window in your browser.
Enter and re-enter your password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
Click Update Password.
Verify that a confirmation notification displays indicating the reset was successful.
Return to the sign-in screen and enter your new credentials to sign in.
Outcome
You have successfully updated your password and can now sign in to your DigitalTax Portal account.
