# How to Reissue an Existing Credit Report

## Overview

Reissue an existing credit report to quickly send credit data back into your loan file. This process is useful when an applicant already has a valid Credco® credit report that was ordered using the same Credco account credentials, but the report was obtained outside the current loan file. When a report is eligible for reissue, a Reissue button becomes available in the application.

## Reissue a credit report

**Encompass® Desktop**

Follow these steps to reissue a credit report on **Encompass® Desktop**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Desktop using your credentials.
2. From your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. In the left navigation bar, select **Services**, then choose **Order Credit Report** from the menu.
4. On the Credit Report popup, select **Cotality Credco**.
5. Click **Submit**.
6. From the **Dashboard**, locate the credit report you want to reissue, then click **Reissue**.

> **Tip**: You can also reissue the report from the **Actions** dropdown by selecting **Reissue this report (Import)**.

**Encompass® Web**

Follow these steps to reissue a credit report on **Encompass® Web**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Web using your credentials.
2. From your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. In the left navigation bar, select **Services**, then choose **All Services** from the menu.
4. On the **All Services** page, click **Order Service.**
5. In the **Order Service** popup, select **Credit** under **Categories**, then choose **Cotality Credco** from the **Providers** list.
6. Click **Next**.
7. From the **Dashboard**, locate the credit report you want to reissue, then click **Reissue**.

> **Tip**: You can also reissue the report from the **Actions** dropdown by selecting **Reissue this report (Import)**.
