# How to Order Merge Plus (Credit Supplement) Reports on Credco.com

## Overview

You can order a Merge Plus Credit Report via Credco.com to verify and resolve flagged credit report items such as mortgage balances, payments, duplicate accounts, bankruptcies, and other derogatory information.

## Ordering Merge Plus Credit Reports

1. Use the search criteria to locate the applicant’s original Instant Merge report, then click **Search**.
2. Check the box for the applicable report.
3. Click **Upgrade** in the menu at the top of the **Search Results** list.
4. Open the **Product** menu.
5. Select **Merge Plus**.
6. Enter the applicant's **Phone Number**.
7. Select the applicable **Phone Type** from the menu.
8. Include any notes relevant to contacting the applicant.
9. Scroll to the **Line Items** section, click the **Tradelines** accordion control:
  1. Select the tradelines to include.
  2. For each tradeline, select one or more applicable **Reason Codes**.
  3. Add notes if additional context is needed.
10. Optionally, to add new tradelines (utility accounts, landlord references, or missing credit accounts) navigate to **Add New Tradeline**:
  1. Select the applicable tradeline from the menu options.
  2. Click **Add**.
  3. Complete the required fields.
  4. Click **Add** to include the new tradeline.
11. Scroll down to the **Upload Files** section, click **Upload**.
12. Attach any authorization forms and any supporting documentation.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note**: You are required to upload an Authorization Form with every Merge Plus, Mortgage Only, and Anthem order.
13. Click **Submit** to complete the request. The upgrade will be submitted, and you will receive an email notification once the report is complete.
