# How to Order Mortgage Only Upgrades on Credco.com

## Overview

One upgrade you can request for your Instant Merge report is a Mortgage Only report. Also known as a Verification of Mortgage (VOM), a Mortgage Only credit report serves as a record of a borrower's mortgage payment history, which is often required when seeking a loan. It is utilized to confirm current mortgage balances and monthly payments, as well as to identify any late payments associated with the account.

## Ordering Mortgage Only upgrades

1. Use the search criteria to find the applicant's Instant Merge report, then click **Search**.
2. Check the box next to the applicable report.
3. Click **Upgrade**.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note**: If this is not the first upgrade requested for the Instant Merge report, click on the reference number link and select New Order for the Mortgage Only product.
4. Select **Mortgage Only** from the **product** menu.
5. Enter the applicant’s **Phone Number**.
6. Open the **Tradelines** line item option.
7. Select the **mortgage-related tradeline(s)** and the applicable **reason codes**.
8. To attach documents, click **Browse** from the file upload box.
9. After selecting the document from your drive, click **Upload**.
10. Click **Submit** to request the report.
11. If the request was successful, a notification will appear. Click **Ok** to close.

You can now request a Mortgage Only upgrade for your Instant Merge credit report.
