# How to Order and Download Redemption Statements on DigitalTax® Portal

## Overview

Order a redemption statement to get official payoff amounts and instructions for delinquent loans. Ordering statements through the portal lets you start the quote process and download the completed payoff documentation once it's processed.

## Steps

1. Select the loan from the **Loans** dashboard or click the loan number in another dashboard.
2. Click **More Actions** in the upper-right corner.
3. Select **Order Redemption Statement**.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note**: Send the Account Manager a request to add the DTP_Order_Redemption role for the user requriing permsisson to order statement if **Permission Not Granted** displays.
4. Enter the **File Name** for the statement request.
5. Click **Save**.
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click **Yes** to proceed.
7. When the document is available, click **Redemption Statement** to open it in a new window.
8. Click the **download link** next to the order to retrieve the statement PDF.

## Outcome

You have submitted and downloaded an official redemption statement. You can now verify delinquent tax figures and process payments directly or forward payment instructions to the taxing agency.
