# How to Manage Existing Users on Credco.com

## Overview

As an Administrator, you can manage existing users and their account settings, including user information, access, product permissions, and passwords.

## Manage existing users

1. From the **Order Dashboard (Home)**, open the **Profile menu**, then click **Administration**.
2. On the **Administration** tab, select the appropriate **Search by** filters, enter your search criteria, and click **Search**.
3. From the search results, click the user's **Name** to open the user record.
4. Select the relevant tab on the **End User Administration** page for the task you want to complete.
  - **User Maintenance**: Use this tab to update the user’s username, personal details, and contact information.
  - **Supplement & Verification/Order Product**: Manage the assigned profile type, account numbers, Loan Officer Code, and Branch ID.
  - **Type of End Users**: Manage the User Type (access level), available options, features, products the user can order, and search criteria.
  - **Password Assistance**: Reset the user’s password.
5. Enter notes in the **Modification Description** field to describe the changes you made.
6. After making all updates, click **Save & Close**.
