# How to Launch SmartFees™

## Overview

Launch SmartFees™ to automatically calculate accurate fees and apply them to your loan—all in just a few clicks.

## Launch SmartFees

**Smartfees.com**

Follow these steps to launch SmartFees on **smartfees.com**.

1. Visit [www.smartfees.com](http://www.smartfees.com)
2. **Log in** using your credentials.
3. SmartFees launches, and the **My Files** tab is displayed.

**Encompass® Desktop**

Follow these steps to launch SmartFees on **Encompass® Desktop**.

1. Log in to **Encompass® Desktop** using your credentials.
2. In your **Pipeline**, locate and select the relevant loan from the list of records.
3. Click on **Order Additional Services** in the left-hand navigation bar.
4. In the **Additional Services** pop-up, click on **CoreLogic SmartFees**, then click **Submit.**

> [!NOTE]
> **Tip**: If SmartFees is not listed on the **My Providers** tab, go to the **All Providers** tab and locate SmartFees in the list. Then select **Add to My List** to display SmartFees on the **My Providers** tab.

**Encompass® Web**

Follow these steps to launch SmartFees on **Encompass® Web**.

1. Log in to the [Encompass® Web Portal](https://idp.elliemae.com/authorize?client_id=tirykwfo&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.encompassloconnect.com%2F&response_type=code&scope=loc) using your credentials.
2. In your **Pipeline**, locate and select the relevant loan from the list of records.
3. Select **Services** from the left-hand navigation bar, then click **All Services** from the menu.
4. All services that have previously been ordered on the loan are displayed. Select **Order Service**.
5. From the Order Service popup window, select **Closing Fees** from the **Categories** menu, then select **CoreLogic SmartFees**.
6. Click **Next** to launch SmartFees.
