# How to Generate Tax Statements on DigitalTax® Portal

## Overview

Redemption statements are ordered in the Digital Tax Portal (DTP) to validate tax payment statuses and obtain tax amounts to pay delinquent taxes. The following work instructions provide the steps to order redemption statements.

## Steps

1. Search for and select the loan to open the Loan Details page.
2. Click **More Actions** in the upper-right corner.
3. Select **Tax statement**.
4. Select the **date range** for the statement, or leave it empty to include all available annual records.
5. Click **Submit**.
6. Click the generated statement to download the PDF.

## Outcome

You have generated and downloaded an official tax statement showing the parcel payment status, taxing agency details, and verified payment history.
