# How to Add or Remove Bureaus from a Credit Report

## Overview

You can easily add or remove bureaus from an existing credit report, giving you the flexibility to update it as new information becomes available or requirements change.

## Add or remove bureaus from a credit report

**Encompass® Desktop**

Follow these steps to add or remove bureaus from an existing credit report on **Encompass® Desktop**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Desktop using your credentials.
2. From your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. In the left navigation bar, select **Services**, then choose **Order Credit Report** from the menu.
4. On the Credit Report popup, select **Cotality Credco**.
5. Click **Submit**.
6. From the Dashboard, locate the report you want to update.
7. From the **Actions** dropdown menu, select **Add/Remove Bureaus**.
8. On the Add/Remove Bureaus screen, select or clear the checkboxes for the bureaus you want to add or remove.
9. Optionally, enter any relevant notes in the **Notes** field.
10. After making your changes, click **Submit Order** to apply the updates. The Order Summary page displays.

**Encompass® Web**

Follow these steps to add or remove bureaus from an existing credit report on **Encompass® Web**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Web using your credentials.
2. From your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. In the left navigation bar, select **Services**, then choose **All Services** from the menu.
4. On the **All Services** page, click **Order Service.**
5. In the **Order Service** popup, select **Credit** under **Categories**, then choose **Cotality Credco** from the **Providers** list.
6. Click **Next**.
7. From the Dashboard, locate the report you want to update.
8. From the **Actions** dropdown menu, select **Add/Remove Bureaus**.
9. On the Add/Remove Bureaus screen, select or clear the checkboxes for the bureaus you want to add or remove.
10. Optionally, enter any relevant notes in the **Notes** field.
11. After making your changes, click **Submit Order** to apply the updates. The Order Summary page displays.
